We took our dog here for the first time today. I rang to make an appointment and they could see us within the hour which I wasn't expecting. Lovely vet and team at reception. Very helpful and our dog was prescribed some medication. Very efficient. We are extremely Happy 😊

We are so grateful for the excellent care we received last week from everyone at Staffordshire vets, especially vet Irena, after our one year old working cocker spaniel, Max became unwell with gastroenteritis. When we called Staffordshire vets to explain Max’s symptoms and our concerns they offered an appointment quickly and Irena saw max on two consecutive days. She really listened to our concerns and showed a high level of care, really making sure Max’s health and wellbeing was the priority. She was thorough in her assessment and gave us different options. When he had to be admitted for further tests which resulted in needing an overnight out of hours stay at their affiliative practice, Irena acted quickly and with care, making sure we were informed of the timeframes for when each test/procedure and results would come back and when she would call to update us, which she followed through on each time. She made time to make sure we knew exactly what was happening and to answer any questions we had and to reassure us that max was being taken care of and had someone with him, as we thought he might be a bit anxious being somewhere clinical and new by himself without us there with him. When we had to pick him up to take him to the out of hours practice Irena came out to speak to us again to explain everything, answer any of our questions and make sure we were happy with the treatment plan. It is clear how much they really care about the animals they see and their owners. We are so relieved to have our energetic and playful Max back who seems to have made a full and quick recovery thanks to the care he received at Staffordshire vets. Thank you - we are so glad we registered Max with your practice.

Brought in my rescue dog Patch for his second lot of vaccinations (had his first dose in the rescue center). Patch was super nervous, which is understandable as he has previously been abused. Tony, who was at the front desk was lovely, and to help Patch overcome his nerves said we can bring him down anytime to meet the team to familiarise himself with them. The vet we saw was very kind, he was super with Patch (as was the lady who was also in the room). Thankyou for your kindness.

Sarah and Dom are brilliant. We even arrived a day late (our fault got the wrong day) and Sarah got Dom to still see our tortoise Freddie on the spot. She even gave Freddie a fuss. Really pleased with everything said and done. Can't smile wide enough!! Freddie has a different opinion though!!
